Key considerations for cross-border connections

Compare routes, devices, and billing details in one place. Start with your needs, then choose a plan.

Peak-hour stability

A website loading successfully does not guarantee that video calls or file transfers will remain uninterrupted. During peak hours, focus on whether a connection stays stable over time, not just its initial response. VPNJY offers international route plans, so you can choose a path based on your destination and network conditions. Test websites, streaming output, and downloads during the hours you usually connect, then keep the route that works best. If something goes wrong, compare other routes in the same region and check your local network rather than assuming distance is the only cause.

Bank-grade encryption

Public Wi-Fi and cross-border access involve different considerations. Connection protection and account security need to be handled separately. VPNJY describes its connection protection as bank-grade encryption, but you should verify the connection status in your client. Keep using HTTPS on websites, sign in through the correct service, and store your credentials securely. Encryption does not replace device updates or change a third-party platform's account rules. Understanding these limits makes it easier to identify where a risk may arise.

Unlimited devices

Switching between work computers, home computers, and mobile devices can make per-device connection limits disruptive. VPNJY allows unlimited devices to connect simultaneously and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Install the appropriate client on each device, then get your subscription and import instructions from the user panel. Device count and data allowance are separate: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Consider the combined daily usage across your devices when choosing a plan.

Direct access to AI tools

AI websites, IDE extensions, and command-line tools may not use the same network settings. Being able to chat in a browser does not mean API requests are using the expected route. When using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor, first check the service's supported regions, then confirm whether the app uses the client's network configuration. If a long response stops midway, note the error and distinguish a dropped connection from platform rate limits or account permissions. International routes address network paths; they do not replace a subscription or eligibility for the service.

Streaming access

Streaming playback depends on your exit region, account region, content licensing, and device capabilities. A region name alone cannot tell you which catalogues or video quality will be available. When choosing a route for platforms such as Netflix, keep the region consistent and check whether playback remains smooth. Lower quality may also result from local Wi-Fi, background downloads, or the platform's adaptive streaming. VPNJY offers a choice of international routes; content availability depends on the platform's regional policies at the time. A successful connection does not guarantee access to every title.

30-day, no-questions-asked refunds

The best way to assess a route is to test it with your own network and apps. VPNJY offers 30-day, no-questions-asked refunds, giving you a clear way to request a refund while evaluating a subscription. Check your usual devices, target websites, and typical usage hours to see whether the connection meets your needs. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel with your order details and request. See the Terms of Service for applicable rules. Keeping your order information handy helps with verification; describe refund requests and connection issues separately to avoid confusion.

Choose your destination first, then compare routes

When choosing a route, first check the target service's regional requirements, then consider your local carrier and the time you use it. Geographic proximity can help narrow the options, but it is not the only factor in stability. IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct describe different routing setups, not a quality ranking that applies to every app. Web browsing, video playback, and developer tools make different kinds of requests. Test with the apps you actually use rather than comparing just one connection result.

If a route in a region has a problem, first confirm that your local network is working, then try another available route. For AI tools and work platforms where you are signed in, keeping the exit region relatively consistent can avoid introducing extra variables into the platform's region checks. Note the app, time, and error message; this is more useful for troubleshooting than repeatedly reinstalling the client. If you need help, put those details in a ticket through the user panel.

Higher Data Needs

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28/month

For heavier video streaming, file downloads, and multi-device use. The larger data allowance is designed for higher usage needs; it does not promise faster speeds on any individual route.

Reset Rules and Upgrades

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. When comparing plans, consider both the data allowance and reset date. Connecting more devices does not necessarily mean you need a higher tier; what matters is their combined usage. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before proceeding, check the plan and remaining days shown in the panel to confirm they match your expectations. An upgrade does not start a new full billing period.

Consider a Data Pack for Occasional Use

Data packs never expire and remain available until used: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. Unlike monthly plans, they may suit users comparing options based on cumulative data needs. Consider usage frequency and budget as well as total capacity. Check the panel for data pack and monthly plan rules, your current account status, and order details; do not assume how packs stack or how data is deducted.

Payments are supported via Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Full prices, billing details, and refund terms are listed on the plans page for review before opening the user panel. Frequently Asked Before You Start

Check account, device, data, and app access details separately. Find more answers in the help center and setup instructions in the guides.

Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details secure and avoid reusing the same password on other sites. Access your account through the user panel, where you can also manage orders, subscriptions, and support tickets. If you are new, take a moment to locate these sections, then follow the guides to install a client and import your subscription. The marketing site is not the client connection interface.
Can I connect multiple devices at the same time?
Yes. Connect an unlimited number of devices at once. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Configure a client on each device; get client links and subscription details from the user panel. Unlimited devices does not mean each device gets a separate data allowance. Consider your total usage when choosing a plan. If one device cannot connect, compare its results with another device, then check its network permissions and client settings.
What's the difference between a monthly plan and a data pack?
Monthly plan data resets on your activation date; data packs never expire and remain available until used. Monthly plans suit ongoing use with monthly usage checks, while data packs can be compared based on cumulative needs. Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Mid-cycle upgrade differences are prorated for the remaining days. Check the panel for your account's orders and processing details.
If an AI tool or streaming service connects, does that mean it will work?
Not necessarily. Network routes, account eligibility, supported regions, and a platform's current policies are separate factors. After opening a page in your browser, also check your account region and feature access. IDE extensions and command-line tools need a separate check to confirm they're using the expected route. A chat interruption, rate limit, and regional warning are not the same issue. Start with our AI Tools feature, then follow the AI Tools guide to check each factor.
How do I request a refund if the service doesn't work for my network?
VPNJY offers 30-day, no-questions-asked refunds. To request one, submit a ticket through the user panel with your request and relevant order details. See the Terms of Service for applicable rules. If you also need help troubleshooting, include the platform, app, time of the issue, and any error message. Remove sensitive details such as subscription URLs and passwords before submitting troubleshooting information.

For your first time, follow this order: open the panel, review plans, get a client, import your subscription, and test your apps. Don't stop at the client showing “Connected”—open the website or tool you actually plan to use and confirm that requests complete successfully. If your system asks for permission during setup, review what it is for, then follow the guide for your platform. Avoid changing several settings at once so you can identify the cause of any problem.
