Monthly plan data resets on your activation date; data packs never expire. Prices are listed separately for each billing type; data pack prices are not converted into monthly rates.

Monthly plans: regular use, with a monthly data allowance
For users who regularly visit international websites, use AI tools or stream video. The data allowance is the amount available each month, not a speed tier. Consider combined usage across computers and mobile devices; having more devices does not automatically mean you need a larger plan.
Light use
Monthly Plan · 60GB
¥9.9/month
For browsing, messaging and occasional use of AI tools. Track your typical usage first, then decide whether this allowance fits. Actual usage is a more useful guide than the number of devices you own.
60GB per month
Resets monthly on your activation date
Unlimited simultaneous devices
30-day refund guarantee
Video, downloads and background syncing also use data; this is not an unlimited-data plan. If these activities are frequent, review your usage in the dashboard and choose accordingly.
For users who go beyond everyday work to stream audio or video and sync files. The larger allowance than the light-use plan makes it easier to manage everyday use across multiple devices under one subscription.
250GB per month
Resets monthly on your activation date
Unlimited simultaneous devices
30-day refund guarantee
More data does not add platform access or guarantee video quality or speed. Keep an eye on your remaining data when streaming for long periods or transferring large files.
For users with frequent streaming, developer resource downloads or cloud file tasks. Choose this plan based on consistently higher data usage, not on an expectation of different account benefits.
500GB per month
Resets monthly on your activation date
Unlimited simultaneous devices
30-day refund guarantee
This plan still has a monthly data limit. App updates, automatic backups and background downloads can use data continuously, so check which traffic your client routes through the service.
Resets and upgrades: Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Mid-cycle upgrade costs are prorated for the remaining days. Before submitting, check the validity period and order details shown in the dashboard.
Data packs: Use until depleted; never expire
For users whose usage is irregular and who want to keep any remaining data. Data packs do not add a new allowance each month; data is deducted as you use it. To decide whether a pack suits you, consider how often you use the service as well as the data allowance, not just the one-time price.
Occasional use
Data Pack · 300GB
¥158/pack
For occasional research or using international routes for specific tasks. Any remaining data stays available for later, so you do not need to plan around a monthly reset.
300GB total
Valid until used; never expires
Unlimited simultaneous devices
30-day refund guarantee
Data is not replenished monthly. If your usage becomes regular, compare monthly plans to see if one better fits your budget.
For users with irregular schedules who sometimes need to handle large amounts of research or download files. The larger total allowance can be used over time, as your tasks require.
1000GB total
Valid until used; never expires
Unlimited simultaneous devices
30-day refund guarantee
This is a total allowance, not a monthly one. Check the plan type in the dashboard before choosing; a data pack does not replenish continuously.
For users who know their usage patterns and want a larger total data allowance available. Check your budget and actual needs before choosing; a larger allowance alone is not a reason to spend more.
3000GB total
Valid until used; never expires
Unlimited simultaneous devices
30-day refund guarantee
Never expires describes the validity of the data pack, not unlimited data. Check actual usage in the dashboard.
Already have a subscription? Check how a data pack works with your current plan in the dashboard before placing an order. Do not assume different billing types combine automatically, deduct data in a particular order or extend each other's validity.
Included with every plan
Plan size and billing type help you choose; this section explains what all plans have in common.
Unlimited simultaneous devices
Use the service on unlimited devices at the same time. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. The more devices you use, the more important it is to monitor combined data usage. Unlimited devices does not mean each device gets a separate data allowance.
International routes and encryption
Coverage includes 120+ countries and 150+ routes, with bank-grade encryption. Choose a route based on the destination service and your local network conditions. Coverage does not mean every region will have the same connection performance at all times.
Client apps and help
Get client apps through the user dashboard and manage your subscription after signing in. See the guides for installation and setup. For connection or order issues, submit a ticket. Never share your full subscription link or account password on a public page.
AI tools and streaming: International routes can support these use cases, but platforms may also check account region, subscription benefits and their own policies. VPNJY plans do not include third-party memberships and cannot guarantee ongoing access to any platform or content. Read the AI tools guide first, then choose a region for your target service.
Compare billing options
The key difference is how data is allocated and retained, not how many devices can be online at once.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT
If you are unsure how much data you need, start by distinguishing between text browsing, continuous video and file transfers, then check actual usage in the dashboard. Time spent online alone cannot accurately predict data usage, and apps handle data differently.
Payment options and order checks
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Make payments and manage orders in the user dashboard.

Check your plan before paying
Open the user dashboard from a plan card and check the plan type, data allowance and price. Monthly plans and data packs have different data rules, so do not rely on similar allowance labels alone. If the order in the dashboard is not what you expected, go back and adjust it before paying.
After choosing a payment method, follow the instructions on the current payment page. For USDT, carefully check the network, recipient details and amount shown on the page; do not reuse payment details from an old transaction. Keep your payment receipt so you can verify the order later.
Return to the dashboard to check your order
After paying, return to the orders section to check the status, then review your plan, data allowance and validity in the account overview. A completed payment page is not a substitute for checking the order status in the dashboard. Continue there to get client apps and manage your subscription.
If the payment record shows success but the order has not updated, first make sure the payment corresponds to the current order. Keep the order details and receipt, then explain the issue in a support ticket. Do not submit the same payment again. Share only the information needed to investigate; never include your account password.
If a plan does not meet your needs, submit a refund request through a support ticket in the user dashboard. Include the relevant order and request details, keep your payment receipt, and use the same ticket to check replies or provide any additional information needed to match your request to the order.
Refund eligibility is subject to the Terms of Service. Submitting a request does not mean the refund has been issued; check updates through your ticket and payment records. This page does not specify a refund arrival date or payment provider processing time.

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; other monthly plans are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Packs last until used and never expire. Monthly data resets on your activation date.
How many devices can I use with one plan?
Use the service on unlimited devices at the same time. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so consider total usage across your devices when choosing a plan. Get clients and manage your subscription through the user dashboard, and keep your subscription link secure.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
Refunds are available within 30 days, no reason required. Open a ticket through the user dashboard, identify the order and submit your refund request. You can add order details and check replies in the same ticket. See the Terms of Service for applicable conditions, and keep your payment receipt until the request is resolved.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Choose a plan in the user dashboard and check your order, then follow the payment page instructions. Return to the dashboard to check the order status. If it has not updated, verify the payment record and order before taking any further action; do not pay again.
When does monthly plan data reset? Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before proceeding, check the updated validity period and order details in the dashboard; do not estimate the cost using a full month's price difference.
Do data packs expire, and how do I choose one?
Data packs last until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular use when you want to keep any remaining data. Monthly plans are better for regular use with a monthly data budget. Check in the dashboard how data is deducted across a data pack and monthly plan; do not assume they combine automatically.
